Handoff log prompt

To continue the work from another computer, or pick it up again a week later.

I want to be able to continue the work from another computer. Create a handoff.md file at the root: one
entry per session, the most recent at the top, with the header "## YYYY-MM-DD · computer" and five sections
(in progress with the exact step, waiting on, next step, documents touched, warnings). Only the
last ten entries. Explain at the start what doesn't travel between computers. Add to the Instructions
(or to CLAUDE.md) that the first entry is read at the start and a new one is written at the close, and move
there the preferences you have learned from me in this folder. The generated views must not read the
handoff log. Write the first entry with what we have open right now.
